As the founder of Benefits & Business Law Advisors, Scott has advised employers, third-party administrators, and business leaders on compliance with ERISA, retirement and welfare benefit plan design, and federal and state tax laws.

His experience spans drafting and negotiating key agreements—such as buy-sell, vendor, stock transfer, employment, and severance agreements—as well as guiding clients through multi-million-dollar mergers and acquisitions.

Scott also brings a wealth of experience in estate planning, helping families and business owners protect their legacies through wills, trusts, and advanced tax strategies.
